Chain Link Expense!

So I'm not sure if this is even real, or something that is purely concept, what I am sure of is that this should be mandatory! Chain Link fences are such an eye sore I think, and why not design them! How about a wood-grain pattern so when they rust, the color is an addition and not a sign that the building should be condemned!
